new podcast episode:

Navigating infertility in your late 30s, IVF, therapy, and the depression that can come with failed rounds with Mandy Refvik

In today’s guest episode I held a conversation with Mandy Refvik about her own experience with navigating infertility in her late 30s, her experience with IVF, finding the right doctor, the relational stressors, and the mental health struggles she dealt with throughout the process. Mandy and her husband struggled with infertility for about 10 years, 3 rounds of IVF, 2 failed rounds and 1 successful birth. We discuss the trauma and setbacks that forced her to see a therapist, living in a dark place, and considering giving up because of the failed process.
